Air Fry Chicken Breast

  1. Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Pound out to even out thickness throughout
  2. Salt & Pepper both sides
  3. Lightly dust with flour, pat onto breast to stick, repeat on both sides
  4. Spread thin, even layer of Sweet & Spicy Mustard with sauce brush
  5. Sprinkle Panko crumbs evenly over breast
  6. Flip over and repeat steps 4 & 5
  7. Air Fry at 400 for 8-9 mins each side

Option to use 4 Scotch BBQ Sauce in place of Sweet & Spicy Mustard


Fish Tacos

  1. Mahi Mahi fillets (or any white fish)
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise on each fillet
  3. Sprinkle with Sizzlin D’s Fish Seasoning. Enough to cover entire fillet.
  4. Let marinate in refrigerator for 40 mins to 2 hours
  5. Preheat grill or Blackstone to med-high heat. Brush grill or Blackstone with oil. Grill fillets 3-4 mins or until blackened on each side. Flipping only once. Don’t overcook.
  6. Serve with cilantro, lime wedges, and salsa on a tortilla


Stuffed Hamburgers

  1. For 1 lb hamburger, add 1-Tbsp House Blend Seasoning, 2-Tbsp 4 Scotch BBQ Sauce, 5-6 crushed up Ritz Crackers (or to desire consistency) and 1-egg
  2. Mix well
  3. Form patties, stuff with cheese
  4. Grill to desired doneness and serve with more 4 Scotch BBQ Sauce and/or Sweet & Spicy Mustard
